My dinner was delicious. The best Lasagne I have tasted, and that includes my own. Unfortunately it didn't stop there. With the wine inside me, I started on some real Turkish, Turkish Delight which I was given at Christmas time. So now it is remorse time. Well at least, when I get on the scales tomorrow and I am way up, I will have a good reason to believe what I see!!!

Oops! But hey! At least the Turkish delight has gone now. It won't tempt you again, you showed it who's boss 😉 Seriously though, you know how to do this so tomorrow you'll look back on having enjoyed today's food and get back to the plan.

No remorse, don't feel guilty it is done know, move on, it's the best way. If you have to keep starting again at lest you are still trying, just don't give up. I have had many times where I give in to a little temptation the a little bit more until I say enough and start being good all over again. As long as you enjoyed it that is the main thing. :)

Not to worry - we all need to have a treat now and again. Need to give you my recipe for lasagne though if Marks and Sparks is the best you've ever tasted - lol!

The Turkish Delight isn't finished yet, but it has lain since Christmas so hopefully it will lie for another 4 months before I get tempted again. It was really the wine that caused the problem. I should know better. It is what I call the "Kebab Effect". Whether the Lasagne was that good, or whether it was just so long since I have had Lasagne, I don't know. But I did enjoy it. My own home made stuff is amazing, especially the second day, but if Doobrie wants to send me her recipe, I would be grateful.

Doobrie: Thank you. Looks delicious. Suzy: I know, because of all the work I rarely had time to eat and what I did eat I burnt off playing golf.
