Not a good morning,
Weigh in today and I stayed the same.After all the work I have done this week and staying on plan,and drinking my water,and giving up nuts and I don't lose a ounce.I looked back and I have only lost 5 lbs since Aug 5.That has to be a record for slow losers.I know,I know,I am more healthy,off all meds and 40 lbs is a great loss but, it I was a bit dishearten this morning.I was hoping for a little loss.Okay I'll just go get some cheese to go with my whine.

Had to take the log splitter back for repair.The dummy that worked on it put way to much oil in when he changed it.That's as bad as running with low oil.If they think they are getting another nickel of my money,they have another think coming.

I know how that can be Nonna, just hang in there! Think 40lbs lost! And 5lbs is pretty darn good! I am going back, and forth, on the scales! That is very discouraging! And since I am doing Atkins as vegetarian Phase 2, I do count on those nuts also! I might have to ease up on them, as well! But, I am not going to starve either, so even slow for me will be welcomed! I have counted my calories back on fatsecret since July, but started counting my carbs. since, August 1, 2011. Good luck to everyone with Atkins!

I feel your pain, it is so hard not to dispair over that dratted scale reading! 40 pounds must be a sticking point for both of us...ugh, so frustrating. We will have to try to be patient while we let our bodies adjust. Nonna, you are doing awesome. If you take a look at your whole weight history, all I saw was an overall steady decline. The pounds just seemed to melt away, so be proud of what you have accomplished so far, and for what you have committed yourself to do today & tomorrow!

Bring on OLD MAN WINTER....Wood-shed is full,RV winterize,Garage cleaned out so hubbys truck will fit,Wine room cleaned,Hot tub topped off with water,garden cleaned up,and all the summer stuff put away.All that's left is raking leaves as they fall.It's been a productive week after all.Even if didn't lose an ounce of weight.....
