I put that much on over the winter months. Was up to 226 (need to be 179 to be high end of normal). Warmer weather and depression medication is helping a lot. Don't worry you'll turn things around.

I haven't been on fat secret since I have had my son, so it's almost cathartic to see the numbers in the flesh like, "ok, this is me now, and these are my goals." And the winter does call for some hearty comfort food. But now I'm ready to eat my weight in fruits, veggies, and lean meat. Let's go!

I lost 20 lb over 3 weeks, its not a big deal you just need to start working on it.
