Thank you everyone, just gets frustrating watching the people around me doing the same diet and not following it as well. Yet they are losing about 2 lbs a week. I really hate my metabolism.

I think your doing great. Try adding in more water and looking for hidden carbs if you feel your slowing down. Also, try adding in exercise if you dont already and lots and lots of water. All that together helps me.. hang in there. 2 lb is really alot ..

I know I am doing ok. Started at 265lbs when I first started my diet and then joined here at 243lbs when I was slowing down for support. Love it here, but just get frustrated at the speed it goes to come off. Seeing other people lose it so much faster and I look at a piece of pineapple and gain a pound, lol.

thank you everyone, just hate being this size and mad at myself for getting this big. 23lbs till I hit my first goal weight and then 20 more after that. 1 day at a time.
