The numbers are finally going down, slowly but surely. This week I'm going to kick it up a notch and workout much more than usual.

Good for you! Remember when you increase exercise, your muscles can temporarily hold water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. It goes away when the muscles get used to new exercise.You also lose more fat/inches and wear smaller sizes quicker. So go you!
