Feel good today; started at the gym last night and ate lots of veggies yesterday. Good combination! Oh, and drank tons of water. Going to Reno in two weeks; trying to lose 5 more pounds before I go!

Wow - you are all chipper today! Here is a theoretical math formula for you: Gym + Veggies = - 5 lbs (lets hope in works in practice).
