18 months ago I had five bypasses. As the mother of six children who will probably inherit this high cholesterol issue, I am trying hard to be an example. I work out daily but my weight got out of control. It is so hard to always make the right choices when eating but I am trying hard. Thanks to those have sent inspiring comments and kudos!!! Trying to work out at a gym at 58 is challenging but my youngest son (25) is right there with me after some blood tests showed his cholesterol to be in the 250s. As a mom, I can't fail.....this is too important now...

I suggest you do your own personal research on cholesterol. (It's not all bad.)
