So I started doing a LCHF "diet" putting a lot of trust into eating high fat (50% of calories) lowered carbs and such. I started at 187lbs so I've already lost a few pounds. I am on week 2, I am still surprised I've been able to enjoy coffee without any sweetner. I've been surprised that my cravings haven't been horrible every once in awhile I long for a piece of bread or even rice. For the most part it has been easy to follow. Going for inches lost on this one. Phase 2 starts next week.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
