Woo! The scale moved. I won't record until Saturday, but I do love the downward and onward trend.

Breakfast burrito day. My favorite. I am so happy that I have learned how to allow myself this treat and still meet my calorie requirements for the day. It took some research; but by golly, I get to have my treat every week.

I will have my smart check with the trainer in three weeks. I am hoping to be back where I was before Dad died. That would be a real accomplishment. I will need to work out more to get there, but there is definitely a good chance.
