I have so much to reply to!!! I've read everything but haven't been able to wrote back yet, so sorry. super busy lately .... scarsdale week 1 was ok... it was kinda a test run, I find my organization skills were lacking.... now I need groceries but am brokish. .. soooo I'll be calorie counting till I can get food. ...... so far not losing as fast as with keto as I expected but I haven't gained... 216 steady .. only small fluctuations that don't matter but I always end up at 216 or 216.4 ..... thinking of kicking the bread out of the scarsdale. .. I don't think empty grain carbs are helping any.. I'd rather more fruit or veg in place of it... I guess it's cool to have the option but i dont feel I NEED bread to live...so maybe I don't have a name for the way I wanna eat other than calorie counting and not eating completely stupid. *still learning* ..... have some reading I need to do... maybe ill have more answers then....for now, just coasting

Your doing great! So agree with the "not having a name for the way I wanna eat..." Maybe it falls under the category "very best choices to heal, help me lose weight, I can/will live with this!!" I count calories, add coconut oil, watch my carbs and the ones I do consume are of the VERY nutritious brand(veggies!) Fast periodically, stop all eating before 6:30 pm and drink lots of water. Not perfect but it's life! Also keeps me out of long drawn out debates with others who only accept their plans!! ;)
