Decided not to run this morning because of shin splints. Will try to ride this afternoon. Decided that this day would be my spurge day for the month. didn't get to ride because I was in Canton with customer.

ACK! Shin Splints are killers! When I get them, I usually have to stay away from runs for about 4 days - ice, heat, ice, heat... blah! I used to get them all the time when I played soccer in High School. I am empathizing with you big time. Hope you enjoy your ride!
