Seems like it is taking forever to lose this weight what to be at 130# be fore I go see my daughter, and cannot exercise or walk the way I want because hip is bad and having surgery on it in 4 months. Somewhat discouraged.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
