3 weeks after reintroducing carbs I'm holding solid at 210 with almost no cardio and lots of heavy, high volume lifting. I anticipate to continue this drying out phase for a couple more weeks before really trying to push for a serious calorie defecit again. Strength is through the roof. Started liading creatine Mon. Will see how lean/fat gains go like this until I can finish tje college semester.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
