klub's Journal, 01 October 2011

I just exercised and feel good, this is my fourth day in a row exercising for around 45 minutes. My meal choices have not bee the best, but I am taking one step at a time. As long as I don't binge eat or eat to much between meals I feel better.

Shower and then dinner. I would really like to be at my goal and the only one who can get me there is myself.
