I weighed myself on sunday and got 156. I do feel less bloated, but eating has been my main problem. Tomorrow is another day and it will go better. I am writing a list so I am accountable for the tasks and have to report back tomorrow.

Exercise/sit-up challenge
run errands (photos and book shopping)
take bottles back
apply for 3 jobs
clean cupboard
make smart eating choices

I know I can meet my goal weight and develop better habits. I must stay focused and use will power.
