My goal for today is to drink more water and manage my food intake. I need to think before I eat. I know this weight would come off fast. By Christmas I really want to be at my goal weight.

My mom is coming to visit next weekend and I want her to see a difference. Also I know we will be eating out. So no eating out until she comes. I find I can keep myself on track more.

Making a lifestyle change is hard when you love food. I need to break more habits.I should be able to weigh in on Sunday at my friend house. I hope to have lost 2 more pounds.
