According to my Withings scale, I weigh 311.8 this morning.

Intermittent Fasting: fasted 8pm last night to noon today. Sundays I can't hold out until 2:00pm

LCHF Carbs <10% / Protein 10+% / Fat 80+%

Lots of water!

On Friday I tested the Adapt Bars (coconut) and Adapt Coffee Shots. Both work great, good satiety. In the evenings I am tempted to eat a bar because it's the closest thing I have to candy, but I resist when I think about breaking my fast and delaying autophagy.

312.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
