Feeling all over the place with my wieght. it's an up and down roller coster. Started working out at the gym. hope im gaining muscle, not weight! alittle depressed today. I wish I could take that scale and throw it out the window. I know I messed up Sunday but damn how long will I be paying for it!!!!

Ok, take a deep breath. You can get rid of the scale if you want, just hide it somewhere, as far as your weight going up and down, women do that, so don't let that get you down. Initially, when you start lifting weights you do gain some weight, but it's not from muscle gain. It takes a while to gain muscle, so don't let any of this stuff get you down. Just be persistent, don't give up, don't give in, and don't quit.

Shia is so right :) Consistency is key...just keep up with the good work and it all evens out in the end! I've reduced weighing myself to about once a week by just having a scale at the doctor's office :) That way I'm not tempted.
