UGH! Stupid scale does not want to move again!! Why is it that I have to starve in order to show any progress!

Sometimes I feel the same way. But you can eat the same amount of calories, if you reduce your carbohydrates to less than 100 and that might help you lose weight without feeling so hungry. Just eat more veggies and protein.
