Back in the LCHF saddle again! Starting Tuesday, March 22, 2016, I have returned to healthy eating. •Aiming for 1500 calories: 10% carb, 10% protein, 80% fat. ••Typical lunch: 500-800 calories - lettuce, tomato, snap peas, radishes, green onions, cucumber, bacon/chicken/ground beef, shredded cheese, capers, olives, olive oil, apple cider vinegar •Intermittent Fasting: feeding window from 2:00-8:00. ••In the mornings, coffee with 1 T cream. No butter in an effort not to break my fast. ••Usually have 2-3 cups of coffee with 1 T cream each before 2:00. •Fresh air and sunshine: ••Getting up every morning to take Caniche and Chessie out. Coffee and breathing fresh air! ••After work I take them out and sit in the sun for 15-20 minutes. •Lots of water ••At bedtime: 1 T apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. •Inspiration ••Listening to LCHF podcasts/books. ••Watching LCHF videos. •Going to bed at 9:00 or 10:00.
