Been trying new flavour water/juice, blending mint parsley cucumber lemon and ginger with water, late evening to fill up rather than snack its healthy and filling.

Also putting sliced lemon cucumber ginger with mint and orange in water in fridge overnight and drinking in the morning, very good start to the day, the left over fruit I add more water leave in fridge and blend in the evening. Getting my five a day and filling up at the same time.
Lets hope it works.
