Up and down the water weight roller coaster I go. :)

Weighing in daily for a bit too see if I can get a better grasp on things.

The downhill's are a lot more fun than the uphill!

155.1 lb Lost so far: 8.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey if you suck your stomach in when you step on the scale it will knock a half pound off....lol...or maybe not :-)

Good one Steven!! Maybe you're right if you exhale all the air in your stomach!! Haha!! I'm trying that for tomorrow's weigh in!
