Ok...I am all over the page with the Atkins diet so I am moving on to my own diet. I am still going to watch the net carbs on my trackers and keep going with the meals that I am doing. I feel that I am losing the weight a good way and starting to really look at the excercise side of it by walking every afternoon while my daughter is at school. It is a nice 2 mile walk at the park and no one is there but right now the golfers. This winter I will utilize the gym membership more since they are saying that there are expecting the same 100 inches this year too. YIKES!!

So hoping that I can and I will make my goal of 150 by June 1st (when we anticipate moving) and at the rate and optimism I am having these two weeks, I will do it!!

Today was another beautiful day walking, the robins were a little more scarce, but still there. Radio played great songs and I am enjoying dinner of petite steak and zucchinni.

I have lost aprox 2# a week. 8 weeks since august 7th, 2011. I am pretty proud of that. Hoping that BEFORE I turn 37, I can see and stay at 150 until I am 90!! HAHAHA!!!
