Day 1 of the Fat Smash diet. Did not weigh myself this morning, but yesterday morning. 258.60 and my goal is 150. Day one and 108.6 pounds to go. Breakfast was good. I felt a little weird after. Did not feel full, or content. Really could have used some coffee. I ate breakfast just before 8am, and am planning to eat my snack (yogurt and a banana) at 10am. Right now that is 40 mins away and I'm already looking really forward to it. I have the rest of my meals and snacks planned. Should be a good day.
