Day 8 of phase 1 of the Fat Smash diet. Today I feel so good. I feel energized, and can't wait to weigh myself. Yesterday was my best day by far. Not only did I eat well the entire day, but I also did a lot of exercise. Last day of phase 1 is tomorrow, then the weigh-in. Although I don't really feel like I've lost a lot, I know I have definitely gone down.
