ok, i have no one to blame but myself at this point - and my ongoing binge eating. i've bought some medicine that will hopefully help me gain control over my eating, which i feel may be fuelled by frustration regarding my dad's condition, since i have found out that he drinks over a bottle of whiskey a day! will see how things go.
105.6 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
