my weekend in cape town for the baby shower clearly set me back. i'm not surprised, though, because i did eat way too much and didn't hold myself accountable at all. will make up for it this week by only eating oats two or three times a day. hopefully i will still make my goal by the end of the week :P
104.5 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
