i binged again yesterday, so my weight is hardly a surprise. going to really apply myself for the next week and a half (until next sunday) in order to shift these stubborn 3kg. going to be less hard on myself, though, and allow myself between 600 and 800 calories per day for this time period. theoretically, i should still be able to get to 45kg. hopefully with less cheating :P
105.8 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
