It wouldn't be the last week of Biggest Loser if I wasn't incredibly sore in my legs. The last two nights I have been taking really hot baths with about a 1/4 cup of Epsom salts and a splash of apple cider vinegar. I have been going to bed drained which I think is helping me fall asleep and it seems to be doing a remarkable job on the soreness. Check out this link.
