After taking Tuesday off I decided to risk doing cardio last night. I went and bought some Epsom salts and after working out sat in a hut tub for maybe 10 minutes. My left thigh is slightly sore but not all that bad. I'm almost 2 pounds lighter this morning so maybe the Epsom salts helped with the DOMS that I know caused the weight gain.

Now for the next 4 days of Biggest Loser I just have to not be stupid on over do it. A final weigh out of 195 is certainly looking achievable.
