Great morning, only a little colder than I realized when started walking it was only 39 degrees in Lawrence, and I had a hoodie & shorts, so only walked 35 minutes, legs got cold... The "weight scale gods" told me I've been fudging because the 179's went away :( But not up too much, wish I had more will power, especially on weekends... but keep trying :) Hope everyone has a great day !

I think you did well to walk in the 39 degree weather..I would have had to wear my winter coat...the scale god is a sly one alright..some times they like to spoil your day...have a good evenng...
