Mirej's Journal, 12 November 2009

Bad bad girl :P I had 3 slices of pizza yesterday, however that compensated for crackers that I had as lunch and that was also my dinner. Usually I will have 2 slices... so this was just a bit over but I was starving and had almost nothing for lunch.

An hour later... I was at the gym and did some workout. Nothing extreme, nothing too long, just some cardio, legs and arms... but that's fine too... better than laying down and falling asleep with the full stomach just the way I felt lol.

So... Thursday it is! And tomorrow... is my day... Fridayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!

That's not being a bad girl, a bad girl would have eaten the whole pizza. I think you were a good girl. I see you have reset your goal, good idea. I did that too, setting to where it is now on my chart. Lately, I have been wanting to reset it a second time to 155 which I think I will do when I reach 160 again. Have a great weekend mirej. Well I beat you...we stopped at a friends house and he made an Captain's and Coke for me (about three drinks in one). So I get hit really hard with a big buzz and ended up eating about 9 slices of frozen pizza........Now today we have a birthday party at Chucke Cheese

Oh boy... good luck hehehe man usually eat more... I'd be dead if I had slices eehhe enjoy your life but once the party is voer get back to healthy diet and exercising ;)
