Still at my low for awhile, which is ok for now.
Has anyone here tried Carb Cycling?
Alternating low carbs and then just watching caloric intake to reboot your metabolism. Or low fat for maybe a week then low carbs?
I like the idea because low carb is so limiting and is getting to me!
