Haven't been feeling well lately so I decided to try a detox in hopes that it would flush out all the bad toxins out of my body and help me to start feeling better. I'm not sure how this is going to effect the dieting! We'll see, it's a lot of fruits and vegetables so hopefully it will be helpful and still keep me on track!
