Somehow, this is not the St. Patties Day in my dreams. Have a better day than me. lol Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: What should you drink? Water or unsweetened ice tea. No sodas, period, because they have aspartame, which is very bad for your health. Fruit juice is bad too. It has way too much sugar. When you drink a glass of orange juice, you are drinking the sugar in 3 or 4 oranges, a lot of sugar. Drink as much water as your thirst desires. Jimi Hendrix would have been 74 years old on November 27th!

Northwestern if I had time, I would post what I looked like in 1970, and if I wasn't a hippie, I sure looked like one. My football coaches said they were absolutely disgusted with my look and hair.

Frank Sinatra Jr. had a heart attack and died on tour. I wonder if he will be buried with dad and family. I am going out there to Palm Springs real soon. RIP!

I leave for downtown LA in about 30 minutes, and will drive right by where the OJ Trial was and jail, and it will be heavy traffic. My phone data has run out so no way to communicate down there, but I will take pictures down there. We have a terrible homeless problem, where I go to the clinic. It is a very interesting area. I will take pics and send them when I get data back on the 18th. lol I won't find out results for at least a week. You have a great day, my dear!

By the way, police here have decided to arrest the homeless for stealing shopping carts, and vagrancy. This is new, but homeless problem has gotten so terribly bad. I will take some pictures to show how bad it is. It's shocking!

Remember, it takes nearly a two hour drive to go across the LA area from one side to the other, without traffic. It is huge here.

Just wanted to mention, from your above comment about diet sodas, most diet sodas have switched to splenda long ago, very few use aspartame any longer. best to check the labels.
