Omnitrition diet has treated me well. 26 lbs in 41 days so far. I'm not going to meet my round 1 phase two goal of a 35lb weight loss. I'll be lucky to hit 30. Technically I'm supposed to stop counting the r1p2 loss on day 42 (tomorrow), but I'm going to count through my three days of no drops. So my offical dropping weight will be calculated this coming monday a.m.(march 21st) Monday a.m or sunday night marks my start of round 1 phase 3. I'll eat phase three for three weeks, then "load" for three days (looking very forward to that...pizza, bagels...salads with everything on them, bacon, not really craving sweets). Then I start round 2 phase two and will do that for 5 weeks. I only have time for 5 weeks because of my vacation and then I'll do three weeks of maintenance before I hit the beach. My goal is to be at 145 by then. It's going to be tough.
