I don't follow a published diet but I try to limit the calories intake and eat better food. It suddenly seemed wrong to say I follow a diet with a name, so I'm switching back to "pm62eg's own diet".

I agree with you about published diets. I follow my own, watch what I eat and how much. Too much stock is put into following someone else's diet plan. I'll go my own way, thank you. We can do it!
