I love decorating cakes and even got a whole new kit for Christmas.
Nana asked me to decorate great grandma's birthday cake for this Sunday. Unfortunately I'm the only one who can't have any but I really don't mind. I'll happily have one of my low sugar or sugar free options instead.
I'm also thinking of seeing if there's any opportunity to be a Wilton cake decorating instructor to have some pocket money until I can get a better job
