I just realized that in ten more lbs I will be 1/3 of the way to my final goal weight!
Currently: 40 of 150 lost

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 March 2016:
1370 kcal Fat: 54.75g | Prot: 66.75g | Carb: 167.25g.   Breakfast: Austin Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter (39g). Lunch: Hormel Chili with Beans, Kraft Mozzarella with A Touch of Philadelphia. Dinner: Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, Hunt's Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce, Barilla Thin Spaghetti. Snacks/Other: Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Fudge Bar, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Great Day Farms Hard Boiled Eggs, Wonderful Roasted & Salted Pistachios in Shells. more...
