Well then! I planned to have a low sugar day today and try to stay between 5-10grams for the days but my glucometer said differently. I had low blood sugar, even after eating this morning. My sisters were going to have smoothies for lunch so mom made me a half serving strawberry smoothie (since strawberries were on the list of fruits that don't spike blood sugar). So my my sugars aren't totally accurate for the day considering I only had the strawberries and not mango, pineapple and peach and the yogurt container had a different amount if sugars than what showed up in the app. We did some figuring and think my actual sugars are closer to 13 for the day, not 18. All things considered, this a smoothie is /amazing/.
