Whole 30 Day 25!

I am sore as heck. But I noticed I fit better in mY clothes. I treated myself to two pairs of compression thighs. One for working out in and another for recovery. My knees kind of get bad here and there while I lift heavy. I am hoping the compression tights help.

I have to admit This program has been pretty smooth sailing. However I have to admit I had a HUGE craving yesterday. Not a craving driven by hunger...just a craving. I wanted an Oreo so bad. SO BAD. And I know Oreos are horrid for your body. So I found a paleo version of that stupid cookie. And I am debating on making it on my treat day. Only making half the recipe so I don't have a ton left over. Why would I have this craving? I think it might be because my pinterest is FULL OF FOOD and cooki pictures. I would love to get rid of the dessert photos on my pinterest =(

it is food porn its horrible!!!!! i still want the oreo. strange how I can just taste it by thinking about it. watch- I willf forget all about the oreo next week lol

I'm baking cupcakes for my daughter today. They smell great cooling waiting for some chocolate frosting. I'm not tempted, but I do love making them for others.

I envy you Phil! I made caramel apple mini cupcakes today for grandsons school. Cupcake with apple filling, frosted, drizzle of caramel. I ate 3.....

Just ran 2 miles! I am also eating 1,500 calories currently. Trying to keep carbs low.
