I hard boiled some eggs tonight for snacking on. I'm serious about getting back on track. I did so well, until my surgery. Yeah, I fell off the wagon a few times, but got back on almost right away. This time it's a struggle to get back on track. I CAN DO IT, THOUGH. I did it before and I WILL DO IT AGAIN!!

I know, I've belonged here for over a year and I surely love it, everyone on here is THE best!! It's just a struggle for me to get back on track. I don't know how I only ate 1500 calories before! Thank you
