Bored yo-yo
I'm so bored of the yo-yo weight loss... bored of trying. I lose weight, and after a few months it's back on. Unless I become a complete antisocial, no way it seems easy to keep myself with low weight.Mad

What I've heard, is that in the morning it energizes you to start your day, but in the night sometimes that energy could make you have problems to sleep. If that doesn't happen with you, then go ahead! At any time it's better than at no time..
