Serious question...
... and I doubt I am the first one to wonder...

Dark chocolate is supposed to be good for us, well, if you read the right papers ;) It has to be a high cocoa solids dark chocolate and only a small amount is 'needed' for the benefit.

Yup... you got the question...

More of less?

Munching on my 73% chocolate, all 2 squares/7.5 grams of it. How about 10 grams of the 54% - that would give me about the same cocoa solids...

Not that I actually want to eat more 54% chocolate, even the 73% is too sweet, I wuz just wonderin'.....

85% gives you 15% that is not good for you. 73%, 27%. 54% gives you 46% rubbish. And you are talking of eating more? Personally, I would rather eat most things before dark chocolate. Cannot stand the stuff.

Ah, so it's not about getting what's good, more about getting what's not bad. I thought that might be the case. And in chocolate's case, of course the rubbish is sugar as the cocoa solids go down. Silly me!

I think I'll start to munch on cocoa powder, that's well sweet enough for me. :D
