So my eating wasn't great, but it generally isn't with hotel foods. I don't feel like I'm eating the same way that I was last week, so I feel that's real progres.

It's interesting, my co-instructor just started doing weight watchers, and since she lives in the city, she's not really eating any of the food provided, she's just bringing her own food each day.

But it is a good thing, because then I don't have someone eating crap next to me all day. Plus, it does influence me to think about my choices because she is.

Today was really tiring, but I think that it was little sleep and a little stress, so I'm pretty much prepared for tomorrow and can go to bed a few minutes earlier than I thought, so that's always a good thing! So off to watch Two and a Half Men's season premiere (just to see how they spin it), and then chat with the DH if he's around, and then to bed!

I so wanted to watch two and a half men - but we had a power outage for just over 2 hours - of course - just after I had put dinner in the over - so things got all topsy-turvey here! hope it was good! Good that you have a buddy there with you!
