My initial value for the 200 Sit-ups challenge (starting tomorrow) is 34 sit-ups, but I'm going to cheat and say 30 :-)
186.7 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
