I love my Quantum scale but sadly it does show my gain of 1.8 lbs. A number I can live with because I'm dealing with smaller increments and that gives me more control. It's much easier to deal with 1-3 pounds and not worry about the weight gain or loss. If I can lower my weight by 1-3 lbs per week I'll be heading in the right direction for a change. Also, I've been watching Dr. OZ and plan on starting supplements he recommends for appetite suppressant and metabolism boosters.
