Holly Schanz's Journal, 02 March 2016

When I do not journal or count my calories, I tend not to loose weight. If anything, I go up in my weight and my calories and not pay attention when and what I am munching on. So, it's back on the wagon, and count and chart everything. I am still using my Fitbit, and tomorrow I go to the eye doctor to see if I can go back to a regular fitness program. I sure hope so. See you tonight.

I too got off track once I stopped logging food. I journaled but didn't track intake and I realized I need to track. Good luck at the eye dr.

I'm the same way. It really stinks that it's so hard to stay on track without writing down and keeping track of everything. I wish you well on your journey. :)
