When I do not journal or count my calories, I tend not to loose weight. If anything, I go up in my weight and my calories and not pay attention when and what I am munching on. So, it's back on the wagon, and count and chart everything. I am still using my Fitbit, and tomorrow I go to the eye doctor to see if I can go back to a regular fitness program. I sure hope so.
