I not only fell off the wagon, but the stupid Punchki's donuts held me hostage today! I ate 4 of them today. I did get my 10,984 steps in this week, but I need to do a lot more walking to get rid of the calories I scarfed with the donuts. I am sure I gained back weight I had lost as well. Well, there is always another day to start over.
