Got to admit I binged on food and alcohol this weekend. Can't see any weight loss happening in the coming days with this... Ah! Had a lighter day yesterday, re-hydrated a lot, and feeling in top form for a long run later today.
Really excited with the 1km challenge starting in a few hours!!!! I'll do my 1km run on Tuesday! Hopefully getting it done in 5mins 30 secs...or less ??? ;-)
